About Leadership Excellence Coaching

Leadership Excellence Coaching delivers career coaching for mid-career professionals, people managers, senior leaders, and organizations ready to unlock their full potential. Through action-oriented development plans, work-life wellbeing strategies, and strengths-based leadership consulting, I help individuals and teams perform at their best—sustainably. I believe leadership lives within each of us and I help bring it forward to achieve your goals.


The future of work isn’t about replacing people with Artificial Intelligence—it’s about enabling people to work smarter alongside it. During my career as an intelligence analyst at the FBI and later as a risk professional at Citi, I experienced firsthand the need to pivot skills and evolve in environments defined by constant change. Traditional career planning and development tools were static, slow, and disconnected from real-world demands. Today, those gaps are even wider. Training budgets—especially for managers—remain thin after the pandemic; in-person professional development has declined and hybrid teams are often over-meeting yet under-engaged. At worst, employees aren’t just disengaged—they’re actively disengaged. While many organizations have invested in tools like the CliftonStrengths assessment, the real opportunity is being missed: turning insights into action. I help leaders translate insight into execution—activating strengths, improving engagement, and optimizing team performance where it matters most.
