The future of work isn’t about replacing people with Artificial Intelligence—it’s about enabling people to work smarter alongside it. During my career as an intelligence analyst at the FBI and later as a risk professional at Citi, I experienced firsthand the need to pivot skills and evolve in environments defined by constant change. Traditional career planning and development tools were static, slow, and disconnected from real-world demands. Today, those gaps are even wider. Training budgets—especially for managers—remain thin after the pandemic; in-person professional development has declined and hybrid teams are often over-meeting yet under-engaged.
